Where we deliver
We deliver within India. We don't ship outside India yet.
How long it takes
In-stock items are packed and handed to the courier within 2 to 5 working days.
Made-to-order and custom pieces show their making time on the product page; we dispatch once they're made.
Delivery usually takes a further 3 to 10 working days, depending on where you are.
Delivery charges
Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden charges.
Tracking
We email you when your order is dispatched, with the courier's tracking details, quoting your order number.
If there's a problem
If a parcel arrives damaged, please take a photo before opening it fully and tell us within 48 hours. If it hasn't arrived within the expected time, tell us and we'll chase the courier. email hello@nextoryminds.com.
Classes and workshops
Classes and workshops are online, so there's nothing to ship. Kits that go with a course are sent the same way as shop orders.
