The agreement between you and us when you use this website, book a class or workshop, or buy from the shop.
This website is run by the business behind Nextory Minds (its registered details are being added), trading as Nextory Minds, together with its learning entities (Kautuk, Makershift, Robocon.in, Codesutra, Neurokul and Promptshala) and its shop brands (Product Line and Kalagami Studios). "We" and "us" mean that business.
You may use the site to learn about our classes, workshops and products, try the demos, and book or buy. Please don't misuse it: no attempts to break it, overload it, scrape it at scale, or send us false or other people's details.
Everything on the site, including the guides, drawings, demos and text, belongs to us unless we say otherwise. You may use the free guides for your own learning and in your own classroom, with credit; please don't republish them as your own.
Our classes and workshops are for learners from age 6. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian to book for them, and the parent or guardian agrees to these terms on their behalf. A parent or guardian, or someone they choose, should be nearby during online classes for younger children.
Classes and workshops are live and online. We tell you the time, the joining link and anything you need beforehand. Times are in Indian Standard Time.
The demo class is free and there is no obligation to book afterwards.
We may move a class or workshop if a mentor is unavailable or for reasons outside our control. If we do, we offer another time, or a refund under the Refunds and cancellation policy.
Please be kind and safe in class. We may remove anyone who is abusive or puts others at risk, after telling the parent or guardian.
Some projects use tools, heat, electricity or chemicals. We give age-appropriate safety instructions; follow them, and keep anything hot, sharp or powered under adult supervision at home.
Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include taxes where applicable. Course fees are confirmed with you before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or bank details.
An order or booking is confirmed once payment is received. Refunds follow the Refunds and cancellation policy.
We make what we sell, so colours and finishes can vary slightly from the pictures, and hand-painted pieces are each a little different. Made-to-order and custom pieces are made after you order, so they take longer to reach you.
Delivery follows the Shipping and delivery policy. Returns follow the Refunds and cancellation policy.
We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided as it is, and it may sometimes be unavailable. Nothing here limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or other law that can't be limited.
Otherwise, our total responsibility for a booking or order is limited to what you paid for it, and we aren't responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen.
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. The version in force when you book or buy applies to that booking or order.
